Mike Krivan

Mike is fascinated by processes and systems, which he partners with leaders to elevate and improve. His areas of focus include team development, change strategy, program design, and enterprise communication.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Mike co-founded Nvolv, a boutique consultancy where he designed and led engagements addressing strategic, operational, or cultural challenges – all within the context of developing leadership, building community, and exploring new ways to collaborate.

Prior to his career as a process consultant and executive coach, Mike served as editor-in-chief of four daily online newsletters at The Advisory Board Company; a business development leader at Corporate Executive Board (CEB), where he helped launch two new membership programs; and managing editor for Let’s Go Travel Guides. Mike and his family live in Ann Arbor, MI.
