Michael McCauley

Michael McCauley is a member of the firm's Industrial and Natural Resources Practice with emphasis on the materials, chemicals, and packaging sectors. Based in Dallas, he specializes in corporate executive leadership, general management, commercial leadership, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering searches spanning Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and venture capital-backed startups.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Michael held several positions at Michelin North America, most recently as a leader in extrusion manufacturing. During his time there, he led a team of industrial engineers responsible for site lean applications and plant cost results. Before Michelin, Michael spent over seven years with the United States Army in various roles, including platoon leader in Iraq, instructor at the Army Fires Center of Excellence, and Task Force Fire Support Officer in the 1st Cavalry Division.
