Micha Rosenthal conducts executive management and board-level searches across the industrial sector.
Based in Stockholm, Micha specializes in CEO and board searches across a range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on the industrial space. He works with global as well as Nordic clients, recently completing assignments for CEOs, board chairs and Non-Executive Directors, and business area and division presidents. Micha also conducts assessments of management teams, both for private equity and listed industrial companies.
Micha has worked in executive search for more than 20 years, including the past 16 at Russell Reynolds Associates. He joined after serving as the Managing Partner of another global executive search firm. He previously founded and led an HR strategy consulting firm, and held the roles of COO and Business Development Director of a Swedish executive search firm. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey, working in Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand.
