Based in Toronto and New York, she uses her background in human capital consulting to advise CEOs, venture capital firms, and senior executives on their most pressing assessment and leadership development needs. Melanie is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Officers practice.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Melanie was a consultant at a global search firm, where she recruited executive and C-suite candidates. Before that, she held strategy roles at TELUS and IBM Consulting.
