With over fifteen years of executive search experience, Megan advises pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CEOs and Boards on their talent needs cross-functionally across R&D, commercial, and technical operations. She has deep expertise in R&D in particular, recruiting top-performing R&D leaders spanning from discovery through clinical development and medical affairs, and has successfully placed chief executive officers, heads of research and development, chief scientific officers, chief medical officers, and R&D experienced board directors.
Beyond C-level positions, her search experience includes functional leadership roles across the R&D spectrum in a variety of established and emerging modalities and disease areas. In addition to executive search, Megan partners closely with the Leadership & Succession practice to provide leadership advisory services around succession planning, talent benchmarking, talent development, M&A talent assessment and integration, and team effectiveness.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Megan worked for a boutique, retained executive search firm focused primarily in life sciences. She received her BA from York University in Toronto.
