Before joining Russell Reynolds, Max led corporate strategy and development at Otto Group, one of Europe's largest e-commerce conglomerates, where he managed market intelligence, strategic financial planning, and digital transformation initiatives. His career foundation was built at McKinsey & Company, where he spent five years advising retail and logistics clients across Europe on strategic transformation and growth strategies.
