Mark Adams
Mark works in the Board & CEO Advisory Partners and Private Equity and Global Insurance practices at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Mark recruits a broad range of senior executives, including board directors, CEOs, presidents, COOs, and CFOs, for both private equity and publicly traded firms in financial services. Mark also advises global clients to align talent with their overall strategy, assess existing leadership teams, and plan for board and CEO succession. He previously led the firm's operations in the US and was a member of the global Executive and Operating Committees. Mark is based in Boston.
Before he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, Mark worked at Marsh, where he was a managing director. Prior to Marsh, Mark served in the British Army in a range of operational, management, strategic, and top-level business planning roles
Mark received his MA in modern history from Magdalen College, Oxford University. He also received an MA in military studies from Cranfield University and an MPhil in international relations from Pembroke College, Cambridge University. He is a graduate of both the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Army Command and Staff College.
