Marina Martínez López

Based in Madrid, Marina partners with organizations to address their most critical leadership and talent challenges, helping them build structures and teams equipped to navigate change and complexity. Her work focuses on supporting clients across Consumer, Financial Services and Private Equity sectors, with experience spanning hospitality, retail and luxury, entertainment, banking, insurance and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Marina was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, working closely with senior executives on organizational redesign, workforce transformation, and talent strategy, supporting global consumer companies, PE portfolio companies and financial institutions through complex people transformation initiatives.

Marina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a double degree in Industrial Engineering from École Centrale Paris and Universidad Politécnica Madrid. 

She is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
