Maria Schultz de Morais is a key member of the Leadership Assessment, Development, and Culture capability at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she partners with clients on executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership development to strengthen team effectiveness and organizational performance for the future.

Prior to joining RRA, Maria worked at a global executive search firm, where she gained experience across both search and advisory. Her work spanned executive search delivery as well as executive assessment, culture transformation, and leadership development initiatives across industries. This combined background allows her to bring a holistic perspective to leadership challenges, linking assessment insights with broader organizational and strategic priorities.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Language, and Culture and a Master’s in Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Master’s in International Business from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She is certified in a range of psychometric assessment tools and is a certified Immunity to Change coach. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Danish, and Spanish, she works across geographies, bringing a multicultural and cross-border perspective to her client work.
