Based in San Francisco, Margo advises high-growth consumer technology companies, retailers and consumer-facing businesses on themes such as digital transformation, technology enablement, rapidly evolving strategies and transformational leadership solutions.  Margot co-leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board & CEO Advisory Partners Sectors in the Americas and previously co-led the firm’s global Consumer Digital & Media Practice. She works with a range of companies, from Fortune 500 firms to private equity and venture-backed companies.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Margot was a director of global brand management for Gap. Before that, she held director of marketing positions at Odwalla, which was acquired by Coca-Cola, and Wetfeet. She began her career working for advertising agencies.
Margot received her BA in political science and history from Brown University.
