Marcus W. Brauer

Marcus Brauer is a core member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners, where he focuses on Board Director, CEO, President, COO, CFO, CHRO and Chief Commercial Officer searches for global industrial and consumer clients. He co-heads the firm's Industrial Private Equity Practice in the United States and advises clients on leadership assessment and succession planning. Marcus is based in New York.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Marcus was Chief Marketing Officer for Vanishing Point, a venture capital-funded cosmetic treatment firm. Before that, he was Head of Marketing for Coca-Cola’s Sydney 2000 Olympic Group, based in Sydney. Marcus began his career in brand management at Bristol-Myers Squibb in its Consumer Products Division, and after going on to L'Oréal and Revlon International, he returned to Bristol-Myers Squibb as Category Director, Asia/Pacific Region. He has lived and worked in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the United States, and has traveled extensively throughout the world.
