Based in Warsaw, Marcin brings more than 20 years of experience across the consumer, technology, energy, and private equity sectors. He specializes in advising organizations on CEO succession, board search, and board effectiveness across Central and Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining RRA, Marcin spent over two decades at McKinsey & Company, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Country Manager of McKinsey Poland and Head of the Consumer Practice in Central Europe. During his tenure, he advised executive boards of leading companies across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, spanning the technology, consumer, energy, financial, and infrastructure sectors.
