Maja Sjåtil

Based in Oslo, Maja Sjåtil is a member of the firm's Industrial and Natural Resources and Private Capital Practices. Her expertise covers private equity portfolio companies, as well as private and publicly listed firms. Maja conducts searches for non-executive directors, board chairs, CEOs, and CXOs, as well as assignments for CXO succession, team and individual assessments, and board development. She leverages her diverse advisory experience to help companies identify their next executive-level officers across functions such as finance, human resources, corporate affairs, communications, and legal.

Maja has spent several years working on executive recruitment, and organizational and leadership development with prominent Norwegian companies. She rejoins the firm from Schibsted, a major Nordic media group, where she was responsible for leadership recruitment. She also worked for several years as an advisor in the Norwegian Central Bank.
