Lukas Renk

Lukas Renk is a member of the firm’s Board and CEO Advisory Partners in Europe and the global Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. He focuses on diversified manufacturing, capital and electrical goods, automotive, chemicals, packaging and building solutions. Lukas helps companies build superior boards and advises clients on succession planning, leadership assessment and developmental matters. Recent work has included CEO, CFO and other C-suite projects, as well as Chairman and independent director work. Lukas has advised clients across the DAX40 and FTSE100, as well as private equity-owned companies headquartered in EMEA. He is based in Munich.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lukas spent five years in London at another leading executive search firm. In this role, he was an integral part of their European Industrial practice, predominantly working with UK and German companies. Lukas’s organizational focus spanned C-suite and functional assignments, as well as Board mandates across industrial goods, capital equipment, electronics, building solutions and process manufacturing.
