Lisa Hoover

Lisa Hoover is a key member of the Global Healthcare Technology Practice. She specializes in succession planning and recruiting CEOs and other C-suite leaders for tech-enabled healthcare services and consumer health organizations. She has extensive experience working with private capital sponsors and helping organizations prepare for initial public offerings, as well as supporting Fortune 500 companies.

Her recent work spans CEO succession planning and Board appointments for private equity backed precision medicine and clinical trials businesses; CFO recruitments for several pre-IPO and publicly listed digital health, pharmacy, and telemedicine platforms; and Board build-outs for pre-IPO healthcare payments, consumer healthcare, and HCIT companies.

Lisa previously worked with The Blackstone Group, helping accelerate value creation through talent and leadership. Lisa began her career as in attorney in New York.
