Lilly Lin advises clients on leadership development and assessment by identifying core issues and providing strategies that deliver the greatest return on investment.

Based in Chicago, Lilly applies more than 20 years of experience in human resource consultancy to partner with companies on leadership assessment, employee selection and executive development. Over the course of her career, Lilly has established herself as a trusted advisor who is highly skilled in turning complexity into clarity for clients. She was most recently a principal at Ampersand Leadership Group, where she selected, developed, and aligned top talent to drive growth and investor returns within the private equity sector. Before that, she was a specialist leader at Deloitte where she consulted Fortune 500 companies on executive, CEO, and board succession planning efforts.

Lilly holds both a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is an active member in the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and is often chairing or speaking at SIOP’s annual conference.
