Katherine Henry specializes in advising clients on large-scale transformation across industries. Based in Melbourne, Katherine leads the Human Resources Officers Practice in Australia for Russell Reynolds Associates. She leverages a deep background in strategic frameworks and organization psychology to identify, assess, recruit and develop top executive talent. Katherine has a passion for attracting, developing and advising outstanding leaders who are equipped to support organizations in which competitive advantage hinges on workforce agility and high-performance cultures. Kathrine previously served as the Executive General Manager for People and Transformation at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). She was responsible for developing company culture and human resources strategy. She also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Bellamy’s Organic and UXC, two companies listed on the ASX. She began her career with PwC.

Katherine holds a BA in social sciences: human resource management, psychology and English literature from Monash University School of Psychology and a graduate diploma in career development from the School of Psychology at Deakin University.
Katherine is an accredited in coaching and is a qualified Counselor and Organizational Careers Practitioner.
