Based in Stockholm, Joachim acts as a trusted advisor to companies in the Financial Services sector, providing executive search and leadership advice. He is also a member of the CFO Practice supporting both public and private equity-owned clients across Financial Services, Industrial and Technology sectors.
Joachim began his career at Advisense (formerly FCG), a premier Nordic financial services advisory boutique. In this role, he provided strategic counsel to C-suite executives on complex risk management and compliance mandates, while also serving as an outsourced Risk Manager for several regional banks.
