Jim is a member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences practice, where he focuses on executive leadership across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. He advises venture capital-backed and public company clients on the recruitment of C-suite executives, with a particular emphasis on high-growth environments.
Jim has supported a range of mandates spanning emerging growth organizations, as well as more established companies navigating commercial launch, operational complexity or strategic transformation. Based in New York, Jim partners closely with boards, investors, and executive teams to define role scope and deliver leaders equipped to operate in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
Jim received his B.A. in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
