Jason partners with public and private companies in the industrial sector to build world-class leadership teams and advises on the most pressing global talent challenges. He concentrates on CEO and general management assignments, with additional functional expertise in technology and digital. Based in New York, Jason applies over a decade of talent advisory experience to help scale organizations’ leadership talent.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jason was a consultant for a leading boutique search firm, where he led numerous executive searches for top-tier technology-focused venture capital and private equity funds and their respective portfolio companies.

Prior to that role, Jason worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Head of Veterans Talent Acquisition, where he was responsible for the US firm’s military recruiting strategy as a member of PwC’s Diversity Center of Excellence. Jason has also advised Fortune 100 financial services companies as a management consultant in PwC’s Asset Wealth Management practice.

Jason received his BS in Business Management from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and served for six years as a Captain in the US Army.
