Jason Jin is a core member of RRA’s Core and Growth Technology Practice.
He partners with growth stage and public technology companies to build world-class leadership teams for growing organizations. Based in New York, he applies a decade of recruiting experience to help scale companies’ leadership talent.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jason was a consultant for a leading boutique search firm, where he led numerous executive searches for top tier VC and growth equity backed technology companies.
Prior to that, he was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as the US veteran talent acquisition leader, where he was responsible for the US firm’s military recruiting strategy as a member of PwC’s Diversity Center of Excellence. Before that role, he advised Fortune 100 financial services companies as a management consultant in PwC’s Asset Wealth Management practice. Earlier in his career, Jason was a Captain in the US Army and deployed to Afghanistan.
