Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, James served in sales and go-to-market roles across several early and late-stage enterprise SaaS companies, including Databricks, DataRobot and Cloudera. He also provided national security cybersecurity advisory services while at Deloitte Consulting LLP and US Department of Energy.
