Jackie Ross leads board and C-level search and talent assignments in biotech and health tech. As founder of the Black Leaders in Biotech cohort and an active member of the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice, Jackie is passionate about discovering and matching leaders from diverse backgrounds with companies that are doing what has never been done before. She is especially experienced at working with founder-led and venture-backed startups. Previously, Jackie was Vice President of Life Sciences at Gerson Lehrman Group, a professional services firm that connects life sciences companies to KOLs and industry executives for consulting and recruitment engagements. Earlier, she led business development for World 50, a firm that hosts exclusive and confidential meetings for top executives. Jackie also spent several years in client services with CEB, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated confidential networking for Fortune 100 firms. 
She holds a BA in English and Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
