Jackie is an executive coach and recruiter focused primarily on CEO and board evolution. She also co-leads the Venture Capital & Growth Practice at RRA, a team within the firm that specializes in C-suite and board search assignments for venture-backed and fast-growth companies. She has spent more than 25 years helping senior leaders achieve ambitious goals and prides herself on building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Before joining Russell Reynolds, Jackie led business development with Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), a global talent network that connects industry leaders for fast-cycle learning and strategic projects. She also led business development with World 50, an exclusive and confidential community of global C-suite leaders. Prior, Jackie spent several years in client services with CEB (now Gartner), a research and advisory firm, where she taught industry best practices and facilitated high-value industry discussions between Fortune 1000 executives. Her career began in writing and editing, so she can't help herself but publish on occasion.
Jackie holds a BA in English and Sociology from Vanderbilt University and is completing ICF Executive Coaching Certification through the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. She serves as a mentor with Upwardly Global, helping skilled immigrants rebuild their careers in the US, and as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. She splits her time between San Francisco and the Russian River Valley, where she pursues enology in her free time.
