Based in Amsterdam, Iris brings experience in IT, transformation and integration, customer centricity, and leadership advisory.
Previously, Iris worked at IBM in various roles, most recently as the Partner Ecosystem Channel Leader for the Netherlands (B2B). Before that, Iris led the integration of a major acquisition at Benelux, held several commercial roles in software, hardware, and services, and worked as a strategy/process efficiency consultant.

Iris holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialty in change management from the University of Groningen and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utrecht University.
