Notably, she has conducted numerous projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to enable clients achieve their business goals through talent agenda.
Irina joins Russell Reynolds from McKinsey’s People and Organisational Performance practice, where she drove the human side of transformations across sectors and geographies.
