Hien Tran is a member of the Consumer and Industrial practices, where he focuses on Chief Executive Officers, Presidents and other senior functional executives in supply chain, operations, commercial growth, R&D/ innovation, strategy and digital transformation roles across the global business landscape.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Hien worked at Dell Technologies where he was a program manager within the Global Operations organization. With experience in supply chain, digital transformation and recruiting, he collaborated with senior leadership to drive process improvement initiatives, implement change management strategies and lead cross-functional programs globally.
He also brings further strategy, transformation and supply chain expertise from his time at Walmart and EOG resources.
