Harald Berge Kringlebotn

Harald Berge Kringlebotn is a trusted leadership advisor to companies across a wide range of industries in Norway and internationally. Based in Oslo, Harald leads business operations in Norway for Russell Reynolds Associates. Throughout his career as a leadership advisor, Harald has recruited more than 250 CEOs and non-executive directors. He has also led numerous leadership assessment projects and board reviews.

Harald joined Russell Reynolds in 2016 after spending more than 20 years at international and Norwegian executive search firms. During this time, he expanded their service offerings to include leadership and succession planning, as well as growing their portfolio to span new sectors and industries. Earlier, Harald was a senior consultant at Capgemini, where he focused on organizational change management. He also spent eight years in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
