She specializes in CEO, president, board and additional senior-level executive searches within the medical device, life sciences, and diagnostics sectors. Recent clients include large and mid-cap MedTech companies and private equity firms.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Hanna was in recruiting and account management for a leading technical recruiting firm. She worked in a variety of sectors focusing specifically within the tech function. Hanna worked cross-functionally in an account management capacity, assisting with the oversight of the firm's largest global accounts.

Hanna received her BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and is based in Dallas.
