Greg Sherman brings an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to recruiting and assessing top talent for companies in the consumer, digital and software/SaaS space. Based in Los Angeles, Greg works with high-growth venture and private equity-backed companies, as well as larger organizations undergoing technology-driven transformation. Greg leads the Global Product Management & Design Practice. He is also a key leader in the firm’s global Media, Entertainment & Gaming/eSports practice. Greg previously worked for a boutique management consulting and executive search firm. There he was an Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Technology Practice, where he advised entertainment and media technology companies.

Previously, Greg worked for another leading global executive search firm, conducting searches for senior-level and C-suite executive at Fortune 500, private equity-backed and venture capital-backed technology companies. He began his career in investment banking with AG Edwards and then as a Business Analyst for The Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles.

Greg holds a BBA in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Greg is a globetrotter, having backpacked through over 90 countries. An adrenaline junkie, he's bungee jumped over Victoria Falls bridge, scuba dived with whale sharks and great whites, mountain biked the world's most dangerous road, hot air ballooned over Egyptian ruins, trekked the Inca Trail and sandboarded the dunes of the Sahara Desert. When he isn’t traveling the world, he enjoys live music, snowboarding and tennis.
