Grace Lu leads the Healthcare Sector in Greater China for Russell Reynolds Associates. She is an advisor to local and MNC clients on the recruitment and assessment of talent. She has extensive experience working in Asia, previously completing client engagements in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore for the Boston Consulting Group.

During her career, Grace held positions of increasing responsibility for the Singapore Tourism Board, leading portfolios in Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom with responsibilities including marketing, branding and business development in both business and leisure tourism.
