Erin Marie has quickly established herself as a trusted client voice thanks to her extensive background in research and analysis. She understands the DNA of executive leadership and uses that knowledge to inform her work. Before joining our firm, Erin Marie led research in academic fields such as clinical and behavioral psychology, organizational psychology and survey instrument validation, working in both Boston and Atlanta. She began her career as a business analyst with Accenture.
Erin Marie earned her BA in psychology from Wellesley College and her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
