Erin Carbrey

Based in Miami, Erin Carbrey has established herself as a trusted client advisor, working closely with organizations across Power & Utilities and Infrastructure to deliver tailored leadership solutions and recruit top executive talent.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, initially as a Researcher, Erin was with an international boutique search firm in Houston. As a Senior Research Associate, she focused on supporting executive search assignments in the oilfield services and manufacturing spaces. Previously, Erin spent more than three years with Rice University as a Program Manager for the Rice Alliance for Technology & Entrepreneurship.
