Based in New York, Eric is an organizational psychologist with more than a decade of experience in succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching and assessment. Eric joined us from Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with clients to solve their most pressing business and leadership challenges, with a focus on succession planning, talent strategy, and technology transformation.
