Based in New York City, Ed Walters is a former investor and operator who partners with boards, investors, and management teams navigating climate tech, the energy transition, and digital transformation across industries.
Ed serves as Chairman of the Climate Collective, a climate technology innovation network, and is a venture partner at Overture, an early-stage venture fund that specializes in helping climate startups win government support and navigate regulatory complexity.
Prior to Russell Reynolds, Ed cofounded two early-stage venture capital firms, built and led all go-to market functions on the executive team at Andreessen Horowitz-backed Mosaic, and worked at two global institutional investment firms. He started his career in healthcare economic policy at the Brookings Institution and the United States Senate in Washington, D.C.
