Dion Nesmith works closely with MedTech companies to develop business strategy and recruit top talent. Based in New York, Dion leverages his experience in the medical device industry – and insights into sales compensation analysis – to find tailored solutions for his clients.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dion worked at Stryker, a global MedTech company. He held a variety of roles during his six-year tenure there, from sales to sales compensation. In his most recent role as a trauma sales representative, Dion honed his business development, sales, and customer engagement skills. Before that, he was a financial associate at Metro Fire & Company.
