Derek Poh

Derek Poh partners with financial services clients around the world, creating tailored executive leadership solutions for boards and C-suites. Based in Singapore, he advises on strategic hires for investment management and banking clients – including corporate, transaction, retail banking and wealth management. He has completed numerous CEO and senior leadership assignments in the Asia Pacific region.

Previously, Derek worked at a boutique executive recruitment firm with a focus on sales and marketing searches for asset management, hedge funds, and private equity firms. He began his career with the Ministry of Education in Singapore.
