Cornelia Tänzler

A member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners team, Cornelia focuses on executive search, assessments, leadership succession and advisory work for Boards and CEOs in listed, public and family-owned companies with a focus on consumer, luxury, retail and industrial clients.

Jointly based in Zurich and Geneva, leveraging German and Swiss origins along with multi-language skills, Cornelia helps companies navigate the international marketplace. She oversees our activities in Western Switzerland.

Cornelia joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another international executive search firm, where she led the global consumer and retail practice.

Before, she was a Partner in a boutique search firm and a leading international search & leadership advisory firm, where she worked in Geneva, Zurich and Milano. She started her career in marketing & sales in the luxury hospitality sector.
