Clément Chatel

Based in Paris, Clément Chatel is a member of the Financial Services Practice. He specializes in executive recruitment, assessment and advisory for clients across Private Capital, Investment Banking, Real Estate and Asset Management.

Clément has extensive experience advising investment funds, asset managers, real estate firms, and banks. He has a proven track record of successfully appointing senior executives in investment, capital raising, and corporate functions within private capital, as well as key leadership roles in real estate companies and other financial services organizations.

He joined Russell Reynolds in 2018. Before that, he gained diverse experience in the finance industry, beginning in a sales position within asset management and later moving into advisory services for a global financial institution.
