Clare Gumbley
Clare Gumbley supports boards to find executive and non-executive directors who can guide them through growth and change.

Based in London, Clare works across our Board and Healthcare Practices, globally. She specialises in supporting the leadership decisions of clients across the health ecosystem, spanning NHS and private provision, regulation, pharma, biotech, MedTech, and devices. Recent assignments include identifying chairs for clinical stage biotechs, MedTechs and university spin-outs.
Clare joined Russell Reynolds Associates from a boutique search firm, where she assisted listed and private equity backed clients to optimise their boards.
Clare received her BA in English Literature from the University of Durham and an MA in Modern Literature and Culture from the University of York. She also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Race and Immigration Policy from Birkbeck, University of London.
