Christopher joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Boston Consulting Group in Oslo, where he focused on people and organizational topics including re-organization, operating model, merger integration, and capability building across industries. Christopher brings proven experience running large transformations and capturing their impact on talent, succession, and capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Christopher worked in Investor Relations and has held roles in banking and business development in the United States.
