Based in San Francisco, Christine Nalty is a member of the firm’s Corporate Officers Sector. With 15 years of experience in business development and client management, Christine is a dedicated advisor who leverages deep market insights and emphasizes diversity to achieve superior results. A devoted mother of two, Christine brings particular passion around hiring women and mothers into C-level roles. Some of Christine’s recent assignments include chief people officer for a high-growth software company, chief financial officer for a disruptive SaaS company and senior vice president of talent for a leading technology company. Christine joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Box, where she was senior business development manager. In this role, she actively advanced strategic partnerships with Box’s most influential partners including Microsoft, Apple and Google. Prior to this, Christine was an associate at BlackRock, where she developed relationships with and oversaw investments for institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations and endowments in the US and Canada. Christine began her career as an analyst in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley, where she managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals in New York and San Francisco.
Christine earned her BA in English and won an NCAA Division I championship in women’s rowing at Yale University. She remains active in the Yale alumni community and has served on both the Board of the Yale Crew Association and the Board of the Yale Club of San Francisco.
