Chiara Weimer

Chiara Weimer leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ CHRO and HR Executive practice for Germany. She partners with clients across industries as they identify and develop dynamic CHROs and Human Resources executives.

Based in Frankfurt, she brings experience in executive consulting, digitization strategy, change management, and DE&I advisory. Chiara is also a member of the firm's global Financial Services practice, focusing on C-level roles across the corporate and retail banking space.

Previously, Chiara worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. In that role, she led and conducted high-stakes projects in the German public sector and worked closely with leading automotive companies on digitization strategy, company culture, DE&I, and organizational design. She began her career at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA.
