Carl Azar

Carl Azar leans on his multicultural background to lead executive searches for the world’s top companies. Based in Paris, Carl also conducts management audits and succession planning projects for family-owned and private equity-owned companies, as well as multinationals. He has a particular focus on the automotive, building materials and process industries, as well as industrial services, engineering and construction.

Carl’s global experience was developed through a decorated career working with international firms. He spent nine years at another international management consulting and executive search firm, leading their French division and coordinating international executive search operations.

Previously, Carl worked at Russell Reynolds Associates for 11 years, leading our Infrastructure Practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He started his career at Michelin, where he spent a decade in various sales and leadership roles in Europe and Japan.
