Caitlin MacNamara drives results for omnichannel retail clients through her ability to quickly understand key business issues and identify creative solutions.

Jointly based in New York and Toronto, Caitlin co-leads the Omnichannel Retail & Luxury Practice in the Americas for Russell Reynolds Associates. She brings more than 25 years of both corporate and consulting experience, working with publicly traded companies and private equity firms on executive and board searches, CEO successions and executive assessments. Caitlin also advises clients on customer-centric, go-to-market leadership roles as part of the firm’s Customer Activation and Growth Practice. She previously served as a principal at AT Kearney, helping retail clients maximize market opportunities. She also co-authored the firm’s global benchmarking of retail store operations practices. Earlier in her career, Caitlin served as director of business development for CGI Group, a global IT consulting firm. She started her career in economic research at BMO Nesbitt burns, a leading Canadian wealth management firm.

Caitlin received a BA in economics and political science from St. Michael's College, University of Toronto, and an MBA from Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
