Bridget McKellar

Bridget McKellar partners with boards and executive leaders to solve strategic leadership challenges. Based in Toronto, she has extensive experience advising boards and senior management teams in the areas of business and talent strategies, corporate governance, performance assessment, executive compensation, and executive employment contracts.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Bridget spent over a decade at Canada’s leading executive compensation advisory firm. While there, she served as a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, working with clients to align executive pay outcomes with corporate and individual performance, and to strengthen board governance. Earlier in her career, she led the Women on Board program in Canada for Catalyst Inc.
