Compelled by ensuring his clients select and develop leaders whose values align with those of the business, he leverages deep people insights in partnering with boards and senior leadership to address their most complex people challenges. As an executive coach, he balances empathy and candor in helping leaders evolve their approaches to increase their impact on their teams and the greater enterprise. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Brian worked for a global leadership advisory firm and led his own assessment and coaching practice.
