Brad Pugh works closely with clients across industries and sectors to hire and develop leading human resources officers. Brad leads the Atlanta office for Russell Reynolds Associates where he is a senior member of the Corporate Officers Sector & HR Officers Practice. During his career, Brad has successfully completed searches for human capital leaders at Fortune 50, private equity-backed and family-owned companies. While he works in all industries, Brad has expertise in software, consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, insurance and private equity. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Brad was the leader of Human Resource 50, a private community of C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies, where he facilitated peer-to-peer learning and moderated conversations with world class leaders. He also created the CHRO succession development programs, Next HR50 and HR50x. Previously, Brad worked at CEB as an executive advisor to HR executives from Fortune 500 companies in the US and Asia. He began his career at Oracle.
