Boris Jary

Based in Frankfurt, Boris Jary leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ work in the industrial sector in Germany and with automotive suppliers globally. He is a senior member of our Board & CEO Advisory Partners, conducting high-level executive search assignments for key clients and leading executive assessments for corporations listed on Germany’s DAX 30 index. Boris heads two of our major global client relationships and focuses on advising private equity clients on their portfolio companies.

Boris has conducted numerous board and C-suite assignments for world-leading multinational enterprises. Some of these projects involved highly sensitive issues entailing succession planning in an exceptionally complex environment.

Boris has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and has successfully completed many top-level international searches across a wide spectrum, chiefly in the industrial sector. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Boris worked for another renowned international executive search firm. And before his career in executive search, he was an advisor with a major marketing agency.
