Bob joined Russell Reynolds from an innovative diagnostics company, where he was senior vice president of clinical laboratory testing. He led the commercial and operational turnaround of the clinical laboratory, including the relocation of their 100-person operations. Previously, Bob held senior roles at healthcare companies such as Agendia, Genoptix, Cypress Bioscience and Verus Pharmaceuticals.
