Benjamin Chaouat

Benjamin Chaouat specializes in the recruitment and assessment of senior executives and board directors for leading global companies. Based in Paris, he has extensive experience in the Consumer Sector, particularly in luxury retail, as well as in management consulting. 

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Benjamin worked at the LVMH Group, where he spent six years, and was most recently the global CRM and omnichannel director at Celine. In that role, he led the digitalization of the Celine retail network, managed the company’s CRM, and designed and implemented retail operation strategies. Prior to that, Benjamin worked in the retail and private equity practice at A.T. Kearney. He began his career in consulting at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris.
