Beatrice Ballini is a Senior Advisor. As a Senior Advisor, Beatrice leverages her deep subject matter expertise and historical knowledge to provide counsel and help build, nurture and support client relationships.
Prior to this appointment, Beatrice was a Managing Director and consultant with the firm for more than 25 years. She is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to senior executives in some of the world's most storied brands, from family owned to publicly traded, and has been instrumental in helping those companies advance their global growth through outstanding leadership. During her tenure at the firm, she served as a co-leader of the Consumer Industry, as well as a member of the Executive Committee and Nominating Committee.
Beatrice received her Laurea degree in chemical engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and her MS in ocean engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She then received her MMS in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she was awarded the Brooks Prize.
Beatrice holds a certification from the Italian Engineering Association.
